Looks good, very easy install and the price is right. I must admit that I was afraid it would scuff easy, but It's holding up well thus far. Good value IMHO

Fit great, look great. However, do not remove the hex bolts from the step bar. Loosen the bolts, set the step bar on the installed brackets and one at a time remove the hex bolt, slide the captive nut into place and thread the hex bolt about halfway. Repeat this on all brackets until all hex bolts on threaded into the step bar. Center the step bar where you like. Then tighten the hex bolts into the step bar.Removing the hex bolts from the step bar may cause the captive nuts to slide out of view and you will have to take the step bar off to find / retrieve the nuts.

These running boards are a real bargain. They are very well made and the mounting brackets are heavy duty with very nice powdercoating. They are solid as a rock and the running boards make getting into the cab much easier. I don't have to take as big a step to get into the truck, making it easier on my knees.I chose these because of the depth of the step. The diagram showed 6" and that was fantastic. Other boards are 6", but the rocker panel blocks a couple inches. These boards drop below your rocker panel so your feet will be able to use the full depth of the boards. You also have the ability to adjust the mount to move the boards out by about an inch. The only caveat is the instructions are horrible. If you crawl under your truck, and look along the rocker panel, you will see where you attach the brackets. The instructions are very vague. Another thing is when you mount the running boards to the bracket, you have to be very careful as the square nuts under the boards are held in a rail. If you are not careful in moving the boards, the nuts can fall out. I tried to stick the square nuts through the rail, but was unsuccessful. The easiest thing to do is drill out the two rivets holding on the end plate. Pull the plate, slide the nuts into the rail and rivet or use screws to secure the end plate.

These rails are actually very good, look good, install easy, and are a very good value. I bought these to help my 93-year-old mother to get in and out of my 2018 Tacoma. Unfortunately, my truck is too high a step up to help her. I looked to see if there were some mounting brackets to lower the rails 4 to 5 inches and have not found any. I will have to do something else and return them. I feel bad though.

I was skeptical at first because there were only a few reviews but it was the reviews of a couple of individuals that had me sold. Now I’m paying it forward. My 2023 Tacoma with access cab requires too big of a step to get in the truck without running boards. So I took a chance and I’m a happy camper. They look cool and the construction of these running boards are solid. Worth the money. Installation was easy but do not let the square nuts inside the tracks to come dislodged. I wasted about 30 minutes trying to slide back a few of them.

Pictures are the before and after install.I am super happy with these sturdy runningboards. I couldn’t believe the price that they were asking which was so low and that made me a little worried about the quality, but that was quickly diminished once I received the item. They are made of solid steel. It fits on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma with no problem. The running boards have a slide rack that bolts onto the truck. I highly recommend this and can’t believe how easy it was install as well. It took me about an hour and a half to install both sides total and I am not mechanically inclined.
