I use these not for my legs but for my knitting ! When you have a skein of yarn that keeps coming apart, first create a cake of the yarn and then take one stocking, turn it inside out, enough to cover the yarn, then tie a tight knot or two and you have created the perfect holder for the yarn. Very unattractive !

Comfort would never come to mind as a description, painful is a better description. These were made for someone with chicken legs; they were VERY tight on a normal size leg. I was unable to wear them even 15 minutes. Disappointing. Just be careful before you purchase.

Needed to dress for a funeral. Even tho my girls wanted me to go barefoot in flats, I did not want my old veined feet to show. These would have fit the bill perfectly based on color, texture, fabric and what looked like expert assembly. But, as others have said, the top is too tight and feels like a tourniquet. I have slim legs and I ended up taking very small bits out of the top edge of the stockings with small scissors to make them wearable.

They are silky feeling, the nude color looks natural (I am not Caucasian), the fit is fine, but the cuffs feel a little tight. I am not overweight, nor do I have swollen legs. I have gotten used to it now and they don’t leave a red impression. I haven’t washed them yet.
