DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. Decided on these socks after reading a ton of reviews and research. I live in Utah, and ski often, took these on several runs and the socks failed in several areas. #1 battery was completely drained each time less than 4 hours. They did not keep my feet warm, nor were the comfortable. After contacting the seller within Amazon’s 30 days, they gave me a scripted speech on how they don’t offer refunds, and they would test the socks. I was not happy, the socks did not work, and after I called Amazon to get assistance with my return, the seller charged $250 as a “restocking fee” for the product. SHAME ON YOU. I’ll be filing a claim with Amazon to get the full refund.
