Ok so, I normally don't do bad reviews but this is an exceptionally bad product and the seller was very unhelpful. So, first the chaise arrived defective. The zipper was broken. Seller kept trying to send me different instructions on how to fix it myself, including cutting and sewing. Let me tell you, I'm not a tailor of any sort. Finally I got the thing put together after much ridiculousness and they offered to give me 12 dollars off my next purchase 😂😂😂 I paid over 700 for this janky thing with shipping etc. also to warn you, you cannot return it unless you can manage to get it all back in the original box which I assure you would be almost impossible. Coincidence or not? Lastly, this is the most uncomfortable piece of you know what I have ever tried to sit on in my life and I literally turned it into a dog bed because I can't even sit on it for more than 10 minutes without being in severe pain. Please don't waste your hard earned money like I did!
