3.5 " high, not rigid, but not too soft either, so if you stub a toe, it doesn't hurt . Works great for us & a properly placed shower curtain.

I removed the glass doors from my walk-in shower because they get so gross. This helped by adding some height to my shower edge so I can use a shower curtain without fear of water getting on my floor. It sticks well; I just caulked the edges to prevent water from getting underneath.
