The first one i ordered a few years ago worked great still was working when the wires got cut and had to order the 2ndThe 2nd one was stripped 3 out of 4 bolts would not tighten and soon ill see how they respond since it is fully installed on my everyday vehicle as of now I'll give 1 star if the will replace it I'll do 2 if I don't have to bother sending the other one back I'll give 3 if the rush it to me I'll give 4
