- Lock body, Shackle & cylinder cover are made of anti-rust SUS304 stainless steel which is in high resistance and waterproof.
- Security key lock constructed for all-weather use.
- Heel-toe locking with a freely rotating stainless steel shackle which leaves no weak spots on the locks and prevents attacks by cutting or sawing.
- Before purchasing the product, please make sure that the shackle size of the product meets your requirements.
- Key can only be removed after the padlock is 1) fully locked and 2) fully open (key rotated 180 degrees)

How to use it?
1) To use the lock, first check that the disc inside the cylinder are properly aligned. If they are not, use the key tip to push through the disc until they are symmetrical. Once the disc are aligned, fully insert the key through the cylinder and rotate it 180 degrees clockwise to release the shackle.
2) Place the lock on the desired application, close the shackle, and rotate the key 180 degrees counterclockwise to lock it. Finally, remove the key from the cylinder.
Cannot Fully Insert the Key
The key may not be fully inserted due to improper closure during the previous use or factory default setting. Here are some recommended steps to resolve the issue:
1) Jiggle the key: Sometimes, the disc and cylinders inside the lock can become misaligned or stuck, preventing the key from entering fully. Gently jiggling the key up and down or turning it slightly left and right while inserting it into the lock can sometimes help. Once inserted properly, the lock should function normally and smoothly.

A high quality lock set, with 12 identical keys provided. The keys are pretty high tech and fit smoothly in the cylinder. The lock is machined from a block of stainless steel, with a hardened pin locked into place. The overall impression is that this is a serious lock, and not likely to break under normal saw or bolt cutter attack. Forcing it with a crow bar is a non-starter. Because the centre of the bolt is 1/2” from the outside edge, it needs a large hasp. Not something tiny, but you are only going to use this heavy duty lock on a large hasp or chain. Not something that a standard padlock could secure. The only way you are going to defeat this lock is to cut it in half. That would need powered hydraulic shears. Unless a thief has serious hydraulics, the hasp or chain is going to break long before the lock. The operation is smooth, it is well machined and stronger than any other padlock I have seen.

Locks seem good. Had to line up the lock on a couple as described in the instructions. Not sure if they’re easy to pick or not but if they’re shielded they look like they’d be hard to cut without a grinder. They come with lots of keys but the base of each key is irritating in that it’s a big sharp triangular shape that doesn’t fit well in your pocket. Had to take a sander to a couple so they weren’t so obnoxious!

Great lock for outdoor use. This is the second winter now completely exposed to rain and snow and not a spot of rust.Feels really strong and well made. I also like that it's a disc detainer style of lock, rather than a standard tumbler system.Really great quality for the money!

I bought a 4 pack of these KAWAHA Padlocks (3-1/8 inch) to secure my 20 foot shipping container that I'm using as a barn for tools at my remote farm. The locks looked strong, hard to defeat and I figured it wouldtake the bad guys more than five minutes to grind them off the container. One of the locks is under a heavy steel cover. I'm using three of the locks on the container. The fact that one key can open all the locks is great. It took me a minute to get used to the bolt sliding out when unlocked but overall I'm impressed. It's been three weeks and no rust, everything is secure and the only intruder has been deer. We've all heard the advice that "if the bad guys want it, they will get it." Well I can't accept that. I'm counting on you KAWAHA!(and the sheriff getting there in time)

I keep a grocery cart outside my apartment to help with moving trash, groceries, and other stuff. I am 71 years old and suffer from CHF and AFIB, and don't have an automobile any longer, so this cart is extremely handy and useful to me. However, people don't respect property like they used to and the cart kept disappearing, forcing me to go look for it or get another one. Using a 6 foot 3/8" plastic coated security cable that I have, I purchased this lock for added security and convenience. The design of this slide bolt lock allows enough room for both looped ends of the cable and a piece of the cart basket to fit under the bolt. When the bolt is closed and locked, the thick cables and a section of the wire basket protect the slide bolt. By attaching the it to part of the grocery cart basket, I can mount the lock so that it is upside down, making it necessary to damage the grocery cart in order to free it. I no longer worry about my grocery cart disappearing. :-)

This works very well, is a quality product. It fits under the steel cover for the lock hasps and is completely tamper proof, very secure and worth the cost. Came with three keys, which work easily and won't come out of the lock unless it IS locked. My only problem was it was shipped in a manila bubble wrap lined paper shipping bag and when it got to my house two days late, the bag was completely opened from the edge of the lock packaging cutting it open. Because of the weight of this lock and the plastic packaging it should be shipped in a box. Other reviews showing the lock under the steel cover would be the same as my photo.
