This window regulator was a perfect fit. Installation was easy for someone with basic automotive knowledge. You can watch a YouTube video to get instructions on how to change it. It was direct plug-in play no adapters or additional wiring needed.

To be honest, at first I thought that I had received a used unit due to some dust on the unit as well as some cracked rubber insulation. Everything else did look new though. I had just replaced two regulators on the rear windows of our CTS and the design of those units made more sense to me than the design of this regulator. Of course, this is a different vehicle (Jeep) and that's just the way they are designed. The installation went well though and the regulator seems to be working well. Price was reasonable too compared to dealership pricing.

Easy to install. Fit in stock location without any drilling/trimming. And the nuts are all the same size, unlike the one it replaced.

Easy install, decently quick shipping, seems like a good quality part and works well up front. Time will tell if it is good quality and lasts long, but either way hard to beat the price. Also nice that it includes the motor bolts to match the other bolts so you don’t have to use different sockets when re-assembling.

It was easy to install and works well but doesn’t feel as sturdy as the oem. That being said you could buy a six pack for the price of 1 oem.

Replaced rear window regulator in 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with this unit. It fit fine and the price is excellent.
