It's a pretty easy install. The hardest part was drilling out the rivets that secured the old unit.Mounting hardware was not included, so you need to get that before you start. I used 1/4 inch bolts instead of rivets. Getting nuts on the bolts was a bit difficult because you are working inside the door and can't see what you are doing.

Replaced the broken part. The only issue was that there were no nuts and bolts included with the part. The original part in the car was secured with rivets and I needed the bolts and nuts to take the place of the rivets. It may perhaps be an optional package.

Replaced driver side regulator on my E250 conversion van that we use only a few times a year.work fine from 2/21 now it is broke and have to replace it again, not worth the savings
