To counter another review, the muffler includes self tapping bolts for the pipe mounts just like the original. You do not need to tap them and they didn’t forget, it’s how they are supposed to be. The muffler fit my loud mower and quieted it back to original noise level.

I had to replace the muffler and bracket and I got this muffler instead of buying from Toro. Looks and fit exactly as the one I removed. Fraction of the cost of buying from Toro

Perfect fit, seems to be flaking from the heat but I think it's normal for the putter layer to flake. In any event it keeps the noise to an acceptable level.
