This thing is garbage. If you are looking for an actual lo/to device, get the brand-name stuff. I knew this was junk before I ordered it. It will serve my purpose as just a reminder. But for actual safety lockout.... Buy the industry standard brands like Brady. Get what ya pay for.

I tried this device on a few 2 pole breakers and it does not work. I could not get the breaker to lock in the off position. It would not fully engage and I could never get the slide switch fully closed. This is junk. The fact that this is a piece of safety equipment and it doesn’t work properly is disturbing.

I got these to lock out two ganged breakers. They went on easy and fit great.
