These are threaded bungs for making your own tie rod, or drag link. They are not magnetic because they are made of stainless steel. I don't know why other reviewers are afraid of this since many of these weld in parts are. I had no trouble using a flux core wire welder to weld these in place on DOM tubing. Note - The notches on one denote LH threads.

I got these to build a tie rod and a drag link for a jeep. They look good and would've worked for me but I couldn't stick a magnet to them. Either it's not steal or has very little iron, tig welding might work but I didn't trust them without knowing for sure.
