The kit provides multiple sizes and shapes of rubber sanding pads. Very helpful for woodworking and auto body, which is my use.

I have not used the contour guides yet, which is why I ordered the set. They are well made and the grip area will be great when I get to that part of the sanding. The unexpected bonus was the flat sanding blocks which I used immediately. If you've priced decent blocks you'll know what a bargain this is. I'm not a professional detailer by any means but have worked on my own vehicles for years and have found a lot of times the name brand products, for my use anyway, just aren't worth the money. This whole set is a buck more than Meguiars M7300 block.

These are great. I've always been challenged when needing to sand small, rounded areas, until now. Now I can prep those small, rounded areas before finishing. PERFECT!

I picked these up when I was painting a motorcycle gas tank. They hold up fine while submerged in water and came in various thickness and contours. I definitely recommend.

This is an excellent set that you should have in your tool box. They are inexpensive enough to order more, cut and trim down to fit your needs. The ends are radiused and beveled to suit many uses.The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the material they are made out if stick it sandpaper doesn't stick and that makes it difficult. Other than that, these really help out. The guys I work with saw them and will be buying these too.

I liked how I could sand in those tiny spaces easier. And they are rubber so they are flexible. Easy to hold.

I love woodworking but always hated hand sanding especially detail work because it is tough on my hands. Saw these while looking for something else, figured what the heck, and so happy I got them = the best addition to my woodshop! Easy to hold and maintain hold while sanding in even the toughest spots. The different sizes fit so many applications. Highly recommended!! So pleased I got a second set.

This set of pads is unbelievably useful to have around the shop.Now I have to say I've always favored making my own jigs, and I have a host of sanding blocks to prove it. However, I always find myself looking for pieces of "something" that are about the right thickness and shape to properly sand those small areas and tight corners where folded sandpaper just isn't rigid enough for the task at hand. This has always prompted me to squirrel away all sorts of offcuts, pieces of plastic etc - just in case they come in useful for something in the future. No more! These rubber contours are just the right combination of firmness and flexibility to do the job and, between this set and the set of larger ones covers me for just about every inside corner and outside corner I can imagine. The rectangular sanding pads are also invaluable and are perfect for sanding irregular surfaces - such as a guitar - where a solid backing just won't work and no backing often results in excessive pressure from your fingertips.Just this one, small set and I now have a far better way to sand those intricate areas; plus I've reclaimed an entire drawer in the shop! (Which I'll undoubtedly fill with other junk over time!!!)Really - you DO need these in your shop!PS - I received no inducement for this review whatever ... other than a good product at a reasonable price.

My fault, I should have read the add a little better concerning the smallish size of the shaped pads. How ever this review is not about the size of the shaped pads even though they are a little more adapt to babies hands, the square pads are of better use. I would recommend the shaped pads to people that need a very small radius pad for their projects but for some real sanding the answer would be, maybe but I doubt it! Again however the three flat sanding pads are 1/2 sheet size are of three different thickness and offer good control, these are working good for me.
