Why this centerpiece is loose I will never know on the design of this, just know when you purchase this the center rotates 15° just enough to throw off a handle that would connect to this, just going to epoxy it to the main arm to make the entire arm assembly solid, this is such a crappy product shouldn't have to do this much work and it would have been nice to be able to take this apart but you welded it together also, two epic design failsStay away unless you really need it

This was a risk purchase but I’m so glad I bought this product. It fit perfectly, works great and is solidly built. It took less than 15 minutes to replace the old inside handle.

The product claimed it came with hardware and instructions, but did not. It's pretty useless without the hardware pieces.

I was very satisfied with the quality of this product. It was also ready to install and made my garage door open perfectly again.

It worked well. replaced the broken door handle with this. I don't foresee this handle flexing every time you open the door and then breaking off.
