Simple to remove and swap in a new switch. My buttons had broken off, so this is a nice upgrade. Just added the passenger side to the mix, so both sides will be updated. No complaints!

Feels and looks pretty much identical to the original switch panel. Installs relatively easily once you get the panels removed. It feels different than the original - only in that it's newer. Hopefully it lasts as long as the outgoing/mushy ones. Feels pretty well built and has the same working controls as well. Recommended.
