These cast aluminum covers are great for Off-Road use, where the bale/clip type may come loose. The O-Ring stud seals prevent oil seepage. Clearanced for use with hi-lift rockers. Use with stock cork/rubber gaskets, or with our high quality reusable neoprene gaskets. Complete with cork/rubber gaskets and hardware.

Using on a 2180cc aircraft. Cork seals hold up well, but you really need a big washer under the bolt head to spread the force of tightening the bolt. This prevents the O-Ring from breaking and let’s you compress the cork gasket better.

Pretty sweet looking if you ask me. These will fit any aircooled vw motor to answer anyones questions. Super easy to setup, no instructions needed. But when you tighten down the new nuts, regap your valves tho cuz the slightest difference in loosening and tightening can mess things up( 4thousands to 6 thousands depending on your preference, i do 4 thousands). So i highly recommend doing that, otherwise you could ruin your cyilinder heads/valves. These are awesome tho. Aluminum disperses heat better than steel anyways, so these are a good option if youre running a dune buggy, you wanna keep it as cool as you can :)
