I installed this kit into our off-grid summer cabin and ran into some problems right off. I connected one end to the pump "hand-tight" only to have the hose end pull through the connector because of a split in the plastic. Using only my fingers I never felt resistance to know it was tight which resulted in the hose getting pushed out. Luckily I had a hose clamp so I cut off the connector and used a different connector. This was super frustrating but I worked around it.After getting the hoses installed, and turning on the pump, I found that it didn't really silence anything. I still get vibration through the PEX lines through our cabin. I will look for a more reputable product when this one fails.
