Used this to cut bricks for a wall that needed repair in our garden. It worked great, and was a good price. Just having these blades and a tool to cut bricks with them made the outcome worlds better than it would have been.

Flexible, keep working tough with a lot of abuse! I like the product. It was 17 2yrs ago so that's avg 15pc inflat. per year. Most items are up 11pc per year so this one is a bit higher than most.

Save yourself lots of time and headaches. Use a mason bit and hammer drill to clear a slot for this blade and it will slice through your brick and mortar very well. I was amazed. I removed a half a brick on my exterior to install ventilation port. Did it twice. These blades are amazing. Bought two, thinking one would wear fast, but didn't have to use the second one. Very pleased!

I used one of these blades to cut through Marco rock in order to create base rock (one flat side) for my aquarium. It did the job, but I might have been better served by trying a diamond blade instead. The Marco rock is soft and somewhat brittle, so using an aggressive blade caused cracking. The rating is based upon my application, not so much on the quality of the product.

worked great on bricks and cement blocks, but was slow going on a piece of poured cement I was trying to trim

had high hopes of using this blade this morning on a job and almost immediately the teeth began to fail. it waspurchased for cutting brick on the outside of a house for a vent cap and the blade not only chipped teeth butfailed to cut the brick. i'm not sure is there is certain brick that should be considered uncuttable but this bladeperformed very poorly.

Worked okay for a bit, but after cutting a few pavers in half, the teeth started coming off.

Until a few days ago I never knew such a blade type existed. This is an amazing tool at a good price. It cuts through mortar joints with ease but I have to say my bricks were tougher than woodpecker lips. They lost in the end but they took the life out of my blade. I had used a carbide abrasive blade first, it just did not have it. This blade made my job much easier, it lasted long enough to get through my one job. I gave it five stars simply because it was tough enough to actually cut mortar and brick. I could be dissatisfied with the blade and give it a low rating but when you are dealing with masonry you are into MAXIMUM HARD and not many materials are tough enough to really work. Buy one, you will be pleasantly surprised. Written by Deborah's dad.
