Great gazebo, easy to install, very good looking, wonderful addition to our patio. Unfortunately it was damaged in a sudden windstorm. I contacted customer support, sent some pictures, asked to buy the replacement parts. Customer service sent me a whole new gazebo! Only took 15 minutes to repair, and now I have a LOT of spare parts! Wonderful communication, great response. We've had two other ABC canopy, both were great this is the first that needed repair. Highly recommended!

I purchased a gazebo one year ago. Recently in my area, there was heavy snow. Since it rarely snows where I live, I didn’t think there would be enough snow to do any damage or that it would even be enough to stick to the ground. Well. It snowed enough to make a large snowman…UNBELIEVABLE!Unfortunately, the snow caused the top of my gazebo to fall. I might note the fabric on top never ripped. Only the plastic parts that the metal clip into broke and some of the metal poles were bent.I contacted the company and asked them for replacement parts only. Within a month. I received an entirely new gazebo at no cost!I’ve never received this level of AWESOME customer service in my life!BTW, My gazebo is beautiful and we love it.

A few weeks ago we rebought this gazebo after unusually heavy snow collapsed the frame of our 2 year tent. It had worked well and we use it almost daily year round, with full protection from rain. Today is the first day we've had rainfall since putting up the new gazebo. It's nothing heavy just solid drizzle, but everything under the gazebo is soaked and water is dripping everywhere inside from the roof fabric. Our our area is now unusable until it all dries out ,which may take several days which likely means I need to worry about mold! This is unacceptable - we've had the same sort of gazebo set up for several years and could enjoy it even in a downpour. I'm going to see about returning but need to figure out a plan since we got rid of the box - wasn't expecting this problem at all.

I needed something a little larger than the typical BBQ gazebos that only cover I grill. This is a true 8'x8' with coverage of 9'x9'. It was easy to assemble however one of the parts was defective. I contacted Customer Support and they responded within 24 hrs. They were very careful to ensure I received the correct part. The part arrived a week later and worked as expected.I gave it 4 stars because rain does come through the canvas, even after using 3 cans of water repellent on it.

I purchased this gazebo and I had a few issues that were uncovered during the installation. It’s came to a point where I needed to contact the manufacturer. I reached out to the manufacturer to share my issue, emailed photos and without any hesitation the manufacturer replaced my gazebo. The company stands behind their customer satisfaction and I appreciate their efforts in keeping me happy with my purchase. Gazebo is great, it took about 90 minutes for the full install and can be done on your own. I live in Arizona where our temps reach around 115F or 46C and it’s a significant help with shade. I’d say for the cost of this gazebo it’s a no brainer but my opinion this isn’t a long term solution. Its weight is minimal as me and another person can move it all over the yard. In addition, for the little rain we get in the desert of AZ, the gazebo isn’t water proof as you’ll feel a mist come through when it’s raining but could be solved with a water resistant spray. Long story review short, I’d buy this again due to the customer service and value of the gazebo.

Bought this for a Mother’s Day gift. Put it together for my elderly mother while visiting her from out of province. Several pieces were broken. Looking for a return & I’m expected to pay for shipping - that is not fair. Pictures attached. Otherwise may be a nice canopy

I bought this unit Nov 2022 on sale, and it's definitely not worth more than the on sale price. During setup I quickly recognized this unit was no more than regular quality construction. Two pieces out of the box were cosmetically damaged and I was able to bend the bridging back into place. Comically the feet to attach it to the ground are plastic and it wouldn't take much for the wind to break the ground bolts through the plastic. I additionally secure mine to the ground with tethers. The mosquito netting attaches to the framing and there is no separate rail system, the curtains won't pull all the way back to the corners as the bridging gets in the way. Not sure how you would attach and move sun curtains separately from the netting if you were to purchase them. I live in Florida 6 months of the year and the deep rich brown color was gone within 6 months. We remove the roof while away and the tangs rusted. The ripcord roof while a good feature is light duty as seen in the included photo. If you want a quality product of good design you should continue your search.

Leider kann ich an diesem Produkt kein gutes Haar lassen,fangen wir mit den Maßen an es wird in der Beschreibung von 2,44m geschrieben(dies sind leider die Außenmaße).Innenmaß 2x2 Meter und damit fällt es sehr klein aus..Schweissnähte lassen auch zu wünschen über!!!!Kurz gesagt für diesen Preis nicht empfehlenswert.....
