*update* blower now starts and stops randomly. resistor is failing.used on 2004 Escalade bought a new blower to go with it. installation of both was about 10 minutes. good value

Was unable to obtain the right part from automotive stores or dealers. 2006 trailblazer. Purchased and installed October 6th. It fixed the issue of blower running even when car was shut off. Here it is December 3rd and it is still working.

Put this on my 2003 GMC Sierra, install was simple, worked like a charm. 12 months later, it burned out and I bought another. The original lasted 20yrs, this one 12 months. Installation is only 5mins, which is why I bought another, if it was more time consuming, i'd spend the money and get a quality part.

The first 3 pictures are the original part , the last 3 are this part . same same . all plugs and connectors were the same as original part . My original part number is 52495874 and that part number is in the description of this part . The best price on amazon . So easy to installupdate . it only lasted 1 day then failed . it failed to the high fan speed and would not turn off . I had to unplug it in the parking lot so it would not drain down my battery while I was out running errands

El módulo falló a menos del mes de uso presentando intermitencias de funcionamiento en el motor ventilador, no lo recomiendo para nada, aquel interesado en comprarlo es bajo su propio riesgo, pero lo que pensaba, que podíamos esperar por ese precio cuando el original cuesta mas de 6 veces lo que cuesta este, en fin decepción total.

EDIT - Original review is below. I ordered this 8/25/22 and installed it as soon as I got it. Wrote the review below that day. 3 months later the part failed and needed to be replaced. Ordered 2nd time on 12/2/22. Installed on the 12/4/22, failed on 12/26/22. I do not recommend this part as it is not durable. When it fails it fails on. If you don't notice, the blower will continue to blow, even after the vehicle is turned off, and kill your battery.This was the fastest available, most affordably priced controller for my vehicle. All others I could find were a generic which required cutting connectors on the vehicle and splicing in the connector for the new module. This part is an exact replacement - plugged into original connections. Took five minutes to install. Works perfectly.
