Exact replacement for sensor that went bad from rock strike. Dealer wanted almost $400 to replace (and paint) explaining that included required re-programming. No programming required on my 2021 GMC Sierra. Just replaced and Park Assist is back up and working. (I will still need to paint). I gave the item 4 stars as the picture clearly indicated this part comes with the silicone grommet. It does not. So be careful when you remove the old one as it will need to be reused.
