I've got a little 12 volt freezer and that I take when we go to outdoor functions just so that we always have cold beverages or ice cream or whatever it is. The reason why I like this power cable is because I can pre-cool the cooler which makes a huge difference in its effectiveness. This also lets me use it on job sites so I can keep it plugged in in the car with my normal plug and then when I get to a job site or whatever I can plug it in with an extension cord and still maintain the cold temperatures that I want

Needed a replacement cord for my older model chest fridge that's 12v or 110. Just finished an 1,500 mile drive to Chicago and back with my fridge in the back. We take the fridge out of the car, into the hotel room with us and want to plug it into the 110 overnight. The cord worked great, didn't overheat. Fits snuggly into the fridge socket. The transformer box does get warm, but not hot. Seems to work just as it should.
