It’s a long one but a bit awkward. I’m not really sure how to use it properly (no instructions). Two for the price of one I gifted my son in law one and I am using the other. It doesn’t slip and seems well made.

Decent set of slings. seem well made and durable. Very generous in adjustable length, though the clips are a tad bit small. Not tiny but smaller than the one that came with my precision rifle. I can say they work good with the picatinny mounted, swivel quick detach I have mounted on other rifles and shotguns that I bought these for. just not a lot of room when clipping the hooks to the detach. but all in all, great product for the money so far.

I bought this two pack to have a sling for my crossbow and my ar12. The hooks are metal which is great but the rest of the buckles are plastic. Not a huge deal. At first, I just snapped in both ends and found that the sling was extremely long. Adjustments caused excess to hang off. After thinking some more about it, I decided to remove one of the bungees and make one end fixed to shorten without trimming the whole thing. This seemed to work pretty well. There are plenty of ways to make adjustments to this if you just slow down and think about it. For $12, I am happy with these.

Overall the sling is sturdy and comfortable, I have used it for a around three years and generally enjoyed it. For casual or civilian contexts I would still recommend it.For a military context I have two main complaints. Firstly, if the sling gets jostled into the right position the clips can undo themselves and release unexpectedly. This doesn’t happen often, but if you are in the field regularly it happens often enough to be a problem. The second issue is that because the clips are metal they tend to rattle against the rifle. Both of these issues can be mitigated, but can still be a frustration.

I ordered these because of the price. They are not "quick adjust" slings. They are easy to adjust. I also own a magpul quick adjust 2 point sling and these are not that, if this is what you want you will need to spend a lot more $$. BUT they are a very nice rifle sling for the everyday hunter/shooter. I received these and before I could use them as a rifle sling, I was hunting late season and needed to make a pack strap for a deer stand. I used one of the slings to fashion pack straps for a deer stand and my regular pack (apprx. 12 lbs). I used this makeshift pack strap for a week with no issues, snowshoeing several miles a day. The material held together and the buckles held together with no issues. After the season ended I put the slings on my rifle and on a AR pistol. While I have not hunted with them yet I have practiced. So far I am impressed! VERY worth the $$!!I have to update my review after reading Msieg080 review. I set up my sling as he suggested and must say it is now a quick adjust. Excellent buy!
