These work as expected and are of expected quality. If you shoot darts, you know what you are getting here and they are likely cheaper than at your local shop

If you want silver shafts do not buy these they are blcak and shipped loose not even in package as shown. If I wanted black shafts I would have bought them here for less money.

Dear Amazon Shopper,The shafts I received had a black finish, rather than the silver one pictured on the item page. I prefer black, though the color doesn't really matter to me one way or the other. Just be aware that you may receive black shafts if that matters to you. The shafts were aluminum as described. The great thing about these shafts is that they come with gaskets that tightly mate the shaft with the dart. The darts I use have a tendency to loosen shafts over time, but with these, that problem is eliminated. They will bend at roughly the same rate as most other dart shafts, but they're priced in the same vicinity as comparably-constructed shafts, so your replacement cost wont suffer any appreciable increase.I noticed a fairly significant improvement after purchasing these shafts, not (I suspect) because of anything miraculous about their shape or aerodynamic efficiency, but because the tight seal between the shaft and dart eliminate the distraction of constantly tightening my darts. If you're looking for grippy, inexpensive shafts, these should serve you well.Enjoy!

These shafts are actually Black painted aluminum that say 'Accudart' on them. The shafts were great as a stock replacement, and they do seem to stay tighter than other junk shafts I've had so far. But, if you get some o-rings, that will give any shaft a more tight feel. Overall, I liked these shafts. These are really well made and worth the money, but the black paint will come off and leave little metal scuffs after a few games. The flights also go really far in, which can be a bad thing IMO, because if you hit real close to another dart, sometimes you want the flight to come out so the dart continues straight with no deflection. I also found I prefer a shorter dart shaft due to my 26 gram weight, but that's just personal preference.
