Not as pictured. Bought this for my 2012 Ram to replace the idler pulley (not the one on the tensioner). The pulley I received was grooved, not smooth as pictured.

I ordered this item because it was matched to my 2006 Kia Sedona LX through the search filter, but it does not fit! The hole is too big so I did get creative and used 4 washers to keep it in place and tightened it well but my particular vehicle should not be listed for this item. It does arrive new so I left 3 stars for that reason.
