I ordered a renewed Acer 512 and received one with a non-functioning physical and touch keyboard. However it was absolutely "like-new" in physical appearance. It was so nice that I took a chance and ordered a replacement rather than geting a refund.I received the replacement later than promised it worked perfectly... however it have very noticable signs of rough treatment.I purchased several renewed tech items for both personal and corporate use from others in the past and Acer's renewal operations seem to have very significant quality assurance issues that I have never from other vendors. I suggest avoiding renewals by Acer.

I know this is a refurbished product and I didn’t expect it to be perfect but when I got it and I plugged it in it didn’t charge. I left it plugged in for three days and it still didn’t charge so I had to return it. Luckily, I got my money back.

This arrived looking new! So clean and so far everything works as expected. Great value if you are looking for a two in one touchscreen for school and entertainment.
