Can’t say enough about this Irish woolen sweater. I wanted a cardigan in traditional fisherman’s style. It is that for sure. Made in County Mayo, Ireland, of 100% Merino wool and it has 6 different knitted stitches. I usually order medium (5’1”/140#) but it was recommended to order large based on other customers so I did. It’s perfect. More like a jacket than a regular sweater. Couldn’t be happier!!

This cardigan is beautiful! It's for my mom for Christmas. She gets cold easily. I hope she likes it. I know I love it but the size won't fit me. Highly recommend this!

My Cardiff is the best. Fits perfectly and is soft against the skin. No wearing in process. The mustard yellow colour is a great choice for me and the sizing was correct. Would recommend.

Totally agree with another reviewer who said the color is gold, not yellow, and that the photo doesn't do justice to the color. It is absolutely gorgeous. The sweater is well-made and warm. Unfortunately, the way the arms are constructed -- falling below the shoulder -- it was too big for me. I need an extra-small but there are none available. Disappointed.

Wunderbare Jacke , wo wir doch alle die Heizungen zur Energieeinsparung runterschalten müssen.Die Jacke habe ich in der Waschmaschine im Wollprogramm gewaschen, also ist sie pflegeleicht.Sie ist kuschelig und hält sehr gut warm.

This cable knit Irish sweater fits perfectly as an XXL. I usually wear XL. It is very soft and warm.

Cables and patterns make a sweater warmer - besides being attractive. Although the descriptions says yellow, the sweater is gold. Since the picture with the description looked gold, I was not surprised when it came, but do be warned. Definitely not yellow. I suspect actually making merino wool yellow would over process the wool and make it less durable.The knit is heavy and warm and I will likely never go back to a sweatshirt to take away the chill. The shade of gold will go with most outfits. The sweater even has pockets - something I wast to encourage in all clothing.I was amazed by how quickly this arrived after I ordered it.

This sweater is well made and fits to size. I liked the first one I purchased so much that I bought this one. My only cons are that the pockets are too small and I expected the sweater to be softer. But very happy with their products.

I like just about everything about this sweater. My only complaint is that I experienced itchiness when wearing this sweater over bare arms. The color is as described, pattern beautiful, and it is top quality. I purchased this sweater ahead of time for a planned vacation to Northern Canada this fall. I am planning to layer it over cotton blend turtle necks, and under a lined windbreaker. Temperatures during the day are expected to be in the forties and fifties, (and windy) and to dip down to freezing , or even colder, at night. I expect it to work out well for daily sightseeing excursions. I will alternate between this and a down filled vest for the cooler days and evenings. It will go beautifully when paired with a pair of jeans, and also work with my dressier wool blend slacks in gray and navy. I will also pack light weight wool underwear which can also be worn if an additional layer is needed. An additional, lighter weight sweater, and a fleece top will round out my wardrobe, and hopefully all fit in one medium size suitcase.
