This Chaise is stunning and comfy, been wanting to get one like this for a long time.Shipping was slow, they cancelled a 4 hour delivery window without bothering to tell me, then they didn't want to deliver it when they got here. But we loaded it on my trailer and it's here now.Chaise excellent.Kart-it - communicative and responsive.Metropolitan Warehouse is a joke for white glove delivery

This was suppose to be a Christmas gift, it took 5 call to find my Chaise. When we finally receive it, it was nicely made.They love it and wanted to buy another one.
