Extentions needs to be deeper it barley is as long as the mini. You need to be able to get out under roof line so i gad to build somethingto mount the mount on. Other than that it seems to be good quality seems how long it holds up.

Hello all,I wanted to share my experience with a fun and practical product that has been a great solution to my problem.I recently ordered a 10” digital photo frame, and everything was going great until I tried to prop it up on my desk or table. In portrait mode, the provided stand worked fine, but in landscape mode, the stand was off-center, positioned about one-third of the way across the back of the frame. Hanging it wasn't an option either. I found myself holding the frame and wishing the designers had thought it through better.I began looking for mounting and propping options but couldn't find anything that looked good or cool enough to be seen. After wading through tons of Starlink items (and wondering what the deal was with mounting them), I stumbled upon the “Starlink Mini Sunroof Suction Cup Mount.”As Gru from Despicable Me would say, "Li--ght Bu—lb!" If it works for a Starlink panel, why not a photo frame? The mount grasps from the sides, angles and adjusts, and has adjustable depth. I was ready to try it out. Although it's an unorthodox use, it works fabulously—the concept is the same. Now, let's get the disappointments and concerns out of the way first:Suction Cups with Adhesives: I was disappointed to find that the suction cups are augmented with medium-strong adhesives. Be careful, or you might lose some skin or surface coating like window tinting, or even snap the glass if you pull on it without working the adhesive loose. I'm curious how it performs after repeated removal—will the suction cups live up to being suction cups without the adhesive? I've used bench vices with similar suction cups without adhesive, and they don't go anywhere. I hope for the same with these after prolonged use.3D Printed Build: The item seems well-made, but remember it’s 3D printed. I had issues tightening the ball joint enough to keep the angles in place. One holder isn't enough to maintain its orientation; you need at least two, and you get four with this package. With those two caveats out of the way, this product will most definitely hold things in place with all four holders engaged, especially if they are mounted on the underside of a window like a sunroof where gravity pulls down, making worrying about the ball joint moving a moot point. Vertical mounting is another story, but you could place the holders at the top corners of the item and hang it, letting gravity work in your favor. Alternatively, you can use all four mounts to get the job done. All in all, I had a blast trying this product out. It fixed my issue with a poorly designed digital picture frame stand, and now I can attach it to my cubicle window, have my certifications cycle through, display the message of the day, or just post odd humorous ramblings for everyone (or no one) to see.I’d recommend this product because it has worked so well for me—easy to use, and reasonably priced. I'm bookmarking the item for future use if I need to mount more things like pictures, screens, or digital frames.

This claims, “with Starlink Mount Adapter”. This is not true. I ordered and the first one I got had obviously been a return so I sent it back for another (didn’t contain the mount adapter). The second also did not contain the mount adapter. This will also need to be modified for strength and use. Keep scrolling.

This is not for Starlink Mini

As one reviewer mentioned, the post on this mount is entirely toooooo small for the Starlink mount. How are so many reviews saying it works great? Are they making two different versions? There needs to be an adapter to put on this pipe to increase the size to correctly fit and create a solid structural mount. As it is it does not do that.Additional info: Note that in the images provided by the seller the mount the post is much larger and fills the receptacle hole in the mini base. In reality the post of this mount is only slightly larger than 1 1/4 inches, which is way too small. The company needs to reach out to all of us that bought these things and offer us a new arm with the correct post as depicted in their add here on Amazon.

This is a budget mount to create a more permanent spot to use the pole mount included with your Starlink mini. The whole thing is…floppy. There’s no way to tighten down the mount, it can still move up and down if bumped or if it’s windy. You also have to feed the power cable up through the tube or make your own cutout. Starlink mini like any satellite dish performs best when aligned correctly, but this mount doesn’t give you the freedom to adjust hardly anything.Overall it’s a horrible design and it was easier for me to chuck it in the trash and buy a tripod mount than bother to return it.
