Good set of backup and practice gloves. They are thick but not as thick as higher-end gloves. They seem to have decent stick to the foam though, so catching and getting a grip on the ball is great. They fit my hind perfectly and the velcro holds well in game. Fingers feel well protected. IMO these are best as practice or backup gloves when your high performance pair is forgotten at home, develop a rip, or in a game where you want to protect them, maybe super muddy, etc.If you like a thinner glove for games, then this could very well be fore you as well. It's why I don't dock stars, it's personal preference. The quality and durability look to be great, so they'll last in either position.

The gloves came in a mesh bag for carrying them around in. There are zippers on the top of the glove that allow you to take out or adjust the finger spines. I prefer it without the spines, because it provides more flexibility and movability. The gloves fit nicely and have really good grip, allowing me to palm a ball easily. I have had the gloves for about a month now and use them nearly everyday. The latex is still showing almost no signs of wear and works good as new. I used them in the rain a few times and there wasn't a big difference in performance. So basically, they are really good for the price and will last you a long time.

I'm not a goalie but play in a 40+ co-ed league where everyone has to play goalie at some point. So I decided to get these gloves because I'm terrified of taking a shot to the hands. With that said, here's what I think:Fit is great. I purchased the same size I would get for skiing gloves (size 8 on a 5'7" person) and these fit nicely. They are very snug and a little tough to get on but I expect them to break in after some use. I really like the finger protection as it seems to not allow fingers to bend backwards which is nice. The grip is very good.It is clear these are not as good as some of the name brand gloves but they are also a fraction of the cost. I would say these are perfect if you are looking for an affordable option or want to see how you will like gloves before spending a lot of money. If you are more of the professional type goalie, you probably don't want these.
