I bought this carport in 2020. I live in the mountains and regularly get winter snows up to 3 feet. I was amazed that it handled the snow packs so well and stood up to the harsh winters. This past winter literally picked up the corner of the carport and the stability was never the same so I will be buying a new carport.

Product is well made and easy to assemble. Our top cover is very tight and I am concerned it might rip at the seam. Contacted Customer Service and got response within a day. Very pleased with the service from Holiday, he was very responsive and willing to help. I would recommend this product knowing the company stands behind it.

I bought this product a few months ago to store things in it for the winter and had an issue with tears coming up on the sides, so I contacted customer service they were fast to answer my email and shipped me out brand new parts that I needed at no cost, fast shipping to A+++

The canopy was very easy to assemble and was able to be done within 2 hours, from out of the box to complete, not including foundation bolting of the legs if desired. Note that it will require 2 people ( a third helper is nice) to do so. The instructions do require a magnifying glass to be able to read ! , but all items are clearly identified and assembly is for the most part common sense. This is a well made product and well worth the cost. Would recommend it to others readily.

We purchased this to put over our chicken coop in the winter to give the ladies some space out of the snow. It arrived with two defective parts, since I already had it out of the box, I figured I would just put it together rather than returning. The defective parts were minor. Fairly easy assembly. We assembled this properly and secured it to the ground properly. In less than a month this shelter was completely destroyed. The wind completely bent the metal poles to the point where all of them snapped in two. The stakes do nothing to secure these poles down, you might as well just use toothpicks. We do not live in a particularly windy area. I would never recommend this product to anyone unless you live in an area that does not experience even the faintest breeze.

I purchased three of these for a wedding. So many of the other canopies I looked at said they couldn’t withstand even a little breeze. We put these up three days before the event and during that time had some brisk wind, everything was fine and no flapping which I really expected. Four friends put it up and then decorated it with no problems. The taking down went just as easy. We did do a part check when they arrived as suggested by other reviews, one of the three was missing a part (not the manufacturer’s fault the box was damaged during shipping). I contacted the people and they were very nice, sent our part and even messaged to make sure it was received. Very satisfied with this product and they really do deserve the five star rating.

Update: After contacting customer service, which happens to be very good (Renee has been awesome!) the company sent a replacement roof. Unfortunately, the weather isn't cooperating and I haven't been able to put the replacement roof on. I will update my review once I have gotten it on. So, for now, I would say 4 stars, but will have to wait and see if the new one works. I wanted to like this. It was easy to put together by myself. I converted it into a catio, making sure the bottoms were secured. We had our first rains and a major wind storm. Definitely stake and tie down the frame and roof cover. I used both the bungee ties that came with and heavy duty zip ties. The problem, the inside of the roof gets wet, like the material isn't water proof or resistant at all. The inside of the sides are bone dry. Since the inside top gets so wet, everything (cat trees, blankets, chairs, etc.) got completely soaked. It was as if I hadn't put any covering up. Very disappointed. I thought using this would be great: nice are roomy, bright with the windows, and the kitties could be warm and dry. This isn't something I can just take down and return, so I am out a big chunk of money and have to figure out where to put all the stuff inside the catio so it'll dry.
