Bought this for home after using one at PT.Not hard to put together...just slide the half circles in on the bottom.Size is just right for standing on. Well made and handy. If you need to work on your balance, you should have one of these.

It is made well. It was a little to easy for us, not much of a workout. Good for someone just learning how to balance.

Great for stretching, balance and walking in space. I keep it at my desk for a break from sitting too long.

I was daunted at first before buying this product, as I had never used a balance board. It turned out to be very easy to balance on it. This is coming from me, a person who cannot do any ice skating or skiing whatsoever because she has no sense of balance. In fact, this board is almost not challenging enough for me. I use it while working at my standing desk. The handles for the hands are also very convenient.

For the cost, it is hands down the best balance board on the market. At the gym I use the StrongBoard which is spring, but they are $280 retail. The only thing that would make this perfect is if it was just a couple inches wider. It's wide enough but barely. However, well made and great for advance or beginners. Highly recommend.

Bought for my granddaughter who is in Cheer. She loves it and says it improves her balance. It is sturdy and strongly built. It’s not small and allows her to get a good workout. It is exactly as the seller advertised.

I bought two of these for work and home to replace a rocking board that became too easy for me. I love how it challenges a bunch of muscles at once. 10-15 minutes a few days a week on the wobble board has already improved my overall balance and is strengthening my permanently broken foot. As we get older it's important we maintain our balance. It's one of the main reasons older people fall. I'm trying to head that off at the pass. I really notice the positive effects when I go kayaking because it takes a lot of balance to get in and out of a kayak. And it's kinda fun.
