My old blower started rattling, so I got this as a replacement. New one blows stronger, but it's a lot louder than the old one. No more annoying rattling though.

If your looking for an exact fit for the older Johnson Energy System single or double blower wood furnace units from the 70’s-80’s era, these are an exact fit. The blower housing is the same size with a Fasco motor as described. The fan is more narrow, but the air output is not noticeably less. The unit runs with more noise, but I suspect it is the narrow fan not having any balance clips. Overall it is a very good deal for the price and convenience of a perfect fit.

Was supposed to be an exact factory replacement but wasn’t had to use old careing and hardware and the motor itself turns off randomly while stove is hot then 20 mins later turns back on. Is supposed to stay on constantly
