Very noisy and a very small machine. The ice isn't as soft as described; it's more dense, but not softer. I've had this ice maker for less than 24 hours and I'm ready to return it. I'm disappointed because I want to like it but it's just so loud and not at all as described...especially the ice.

I love the ice! I love that you can connect the hose and not have to fill up water. The complaint I have and what keeps it from getting 5 stars is that as it fills with ice, it will shift and push the ice bin open. If it happens to do this overnight or when you aren't watching it will fill the tank behind with ice and then you have to turn it off and let all the ice melt or scoop it out. I kept thinking my husband was forgetting to put it back until I watched it open itself. We had to add Velcro eventually to keep it from opening itself.

It makes nugget ice so fast! I ordered this Dec 2, 2024 but didn’t start using this til mid Jan since I had to stay in the hospital for a bit. Haven’t used it as much. I turn it on when needed.. end of February, I came in to get some ice and heat was coming off of the machine. It was hot to the touch and smelt like it’s about to burn. Machine started overheating so I turned it off and contacted support. Hopefully, I could return this and get a replacement that won’t overheat.

This makes soft crunchy ice nuggets as well as a commercial ice maker. Very quiet and makes the ice within minutes of pressing the ice button and especially fast if you use cold, refrigerated water. I absolutely love it!!

Purchased this unit because it was on sale. Upon arrival I unbound and set.it up per the instructions and then manually filled the reservoir. Turned it on and let it do it's thing. Was making ice in 5 minutes. Ran it through a few cycles to flush it out and all was good.The next week the pantry was done being g remodeled so I hooked the unit up to the water supply and turned it back on. Was working fine but the auto water shut off had a slow leak. An hour later there was water on my countetop and floor. Made a claim with the manufacturer and they requested video evidence. Took four videos showing the wayer level rising every 15 minuets unti it was about to over dlow again. There response was an $80 credit and to no longer use the auto fill feature. WTF!I ended up taking then unit apart and opening up the cutoff valve and found debris in the diaphragm. Reassembled it and now it seems to be working fine. I told the manufacturer what I did and they simply said good job. No rebate or refund offered.

I recently purchased this ice machine for home use and I am extremely satisfied with it. It exceeded my expectations in every way.First, the ice making capacity of this machine is outstanding. It’s able to produce a large quantity of ice in a very short amount of time. This is perfect for me as we drink a lot of ice cold drinks and host parties quite frequently. I won’t have to worry about running out of ice anymore. It truly keeps up with our ice demand.Second, the quality of the ice is excellent, they are perfectly shaped and crystal clear. They don’t clump together or have any weird taste. It produces higher quality ice cubes constantly and consistently.Third, the contrail panel is easy to navigate and very user friendly.it’s compact and fit in the kitchen counter Corner perfectly. The design is very sleek and modern.Overall, this is a must have item for any time of the year. And is space saving and quiet. There’s nothing more I can ask of from this machine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for one.
