The description said it fit a 2013 Sprinter but it was 1.25" too wide. Returned item.

This is a very good air filter. I put it on a RV with a 3.0 diesel motor and got an average of 18 MPG. Saved us a lot in fuel cost for our trip.

for the MERCEDES DIESEL MOTOR - this filter is for the ENGINE air filter (under the center of the hood under the air intake manifold) - this filter is NOT the Cabin air filter that is very easy to see on the left of the motor - the one on the left is for the CABIN AIR running through the AC and heater for the INSIDE of the van. I almost sent this back because it didn't fit (because it didn't fit in the filter spot on the LEFT.

The aFe 73-10152 Pro Guard 7 Air Filter does not fit a 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500 3.0L Diesel as specified. The filter I received from AFE was labeled correctly as specified. However the filter is larger than the original vehicle filter and will not fit. On 12/12/2014 I called AFE, was directed to and spoke to Terry Weeks. Immediately I took the time to follow up with an email attaching side by side photos of the two filters and measurements showing the size difference. My email stated I did not want to return the filter for a refund, but would like to get a proper fitting replacement. He let me know he would get with his design department to find a solution for me. As of today, ten days later, there has been no response from anyone at AFE so have no choice but to return the filter for a refund. I was not able to use the filter to provide any performance comments. However, the filter does appear to be of good quality.

More air, less dust. Wash and reuse. Less waste. Pricy but saves in the long run. No complaints here.
