Put it on, no noticable difference on sound or power, its reusable and washable so that's good. I tested to see if the improved fuel economy claims were on the level over the last couple months. Nothing noticable.

Can not five it a good rating or a bad rating as I can't tell any difference from the stock air filter at this time.
