This purse is really cute and I’ve received a lot of compliments but it never stopped smelling like licorice since I bought it… I don’t really mind the smell but multiple people thought it smelled “musty” so I stopped using it. Probably should have returned it when I had the chance I just thought the smell would dissipate.

I was so excited to get this bag that looked beautiful. 1st, delivery took forever but ok, I wanted the bag so I was gonna be patient. Well, it arrived and it stinks like chemicals so bad. I don’t know what they sprayed it with but it saturated the cardboard it was wrapped in (see pic) going back asap before it stinks up my house.

It was worth the wait. Lover the color. It has a button closure as well as the pull closure on the outside. It hard to find a good bucket bag in the store. Inside zipper pocket is sewed together, so I can’t use that part.

I returned this bag as soon as I opened the package and took a look. The colour is not really brown but more of a gold. It had a weird white circular marking across the front of the purse. It was wrinkled as well. I would be embarrassed to carry this purse anywhere , it definitely looks much better in the pictures than in real life! . Old story, you get what you pay for!

Wow, this is a really nice looking bag - I got lots of compliments on it just in the first few days I used it. The body of the bag is very stiff at first, but that makes it hold whatever shape you give it with the cinch tie. The outer material, while stiff, is a very nice color in suede. The leather accents are of very good quality - the handbag handle is wide and thick, made of very nice faux leather. The hardware is a great color for the bag and is of sturdy construction. My only negative about this bag is the interior pockets: there are 2 half-size pockets that would presumably be best suited for a phone, but they are not deep enough, so my phone flips back into the bag. Not to worry, though - there’s ample room inside for my phone to float freely. This is not a huge bag, but its shape makes it easy to carry items laying flat or standing up. I carry an 8” zip wallet, my keys, sunglass case, with plenty (and I mean plenty!) of room left over. I usually prefer a cross-body bag and got this because of the dual size option - but I've not even used the cross-body strap as the shorter handle is so nice looking and convenient for quick grabs.

Not sure why there are so many reviews on bad quality - I have used this purse every day since I've gotten it. Many nights out at bars, in the pouring rain at music festivals, commuting to work and back, etc and it has held up 100%. This thing holds a LOT without looking huge. I fit a 12 pack of white claw in here for a tailgate. People keep asking if I got it from Madewell (umm yeah right) so I know it looks good and not cheap! If you are on the edge, I say this is your sign to GET IT!!!

I love suede leather and this bag has the best of everything you expect in a high-quality authentic suede leather bag. Some suede leather handbags are too "floppy" if you know what I mean. They don't sit up straight on the floor when you put your stuff in! I need mine to sit up. This one does. Not only that...it has a soft, velvety feel that is only present with pure suede leather products. I love this style too. This is a grab-it-and-go style where you can just throw all of your stuff in when you're running late and still have time for coffee. Love this bag. Will buy more from this seller.

I gave this bag 3 stars because it just wasn't what I was looking for. The quality of the bag is pretty much exactly what you expect at under $20. Quite a few of the reviews said the bag didn't look cheap at all, but I disagree. It feels much stiffer than it looks and is surprisingly smaller than I expected.Overall it is a good bag at a great price, but not if you get hung up on details like myself.Update: I took the bag out in the rain and it looks exactly the same, no damage whatsoever.
