Love the rattling shaker noise of this. It’s a little loud for me, but the kids love it! I would recommend it for anyone who like loud shakers and cool, hand-crafted instruments instead of cheap plastic. Well made and lovely.

This is in my opinion, the best Togo Seed Rattle out there. I am a working percussionist and have worn out similar commercially made rattles in about two years. This one is made better and sounds great. Great job Africa Heartwood Project.

This was a great purchase. There was love and care put into this rattle and it was even signed by the artist. It sounds like rain went lightly held. I intend to use it for sound healings. As a former performing musician, I can say that some of my percussionist friends would greatly appreciate this lovely instrument, its energy and sound.

This is such an interesting hand made rattle. I love the way this thing sounds and it is made very well and it is obviously handcrafted. I can see this working quite well in our drumming circles. The beauty of this product is that it helps people in west Africa Who make these beautiful instruments earn a living and put food on the table. I have found wonderful instruments from Africa hard wood project and I would investigate other instruments from them cheerfully.

Togo seed rattle sounds very nice and made very well, but the seeds are sharp they will not cut you if using your other hand to play it.
