Here in Texas, it gets mega dusty all summer long, and you pretty much have to wash your windshield any time the car sits for more than an hour or two. Unlike the north, we don't have a ton of bugs to splat on your windshield--just dust and dirt. For my purposes, these tablets have worked great. I use an old gallon washer fluid jug, drop a tablet in, and fill with water. As I alluded to, I don't know how these would perform in areas with tons of bugs, and you definitely wouldn't want to use it in sub-freezing winter conditions, but for where I live, these work great.

I never seem to have windshield wash fluid when I need it, this is a convenient way to be able to have fluid when needed yet keep storage requirements to a minimum. I like that there are ten tablets, this will last a while.

I've bought a similar product years ago. These are essentially the same. The stuff works when the temperature is above freezing, but not in winter due to it's water-based. Does not clean bugs off the windshield very well like some of the more potent expensive stuff in jugs.For $9, an OK deal, but AGS sells a 50-pack for $18.49 which is a much better deal per gallon (half price). Just make sure you empty it out of the car as winter approaches.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy.3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised.2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews!1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

Hardest part with these is just finding a gallon jug w/o buying more windshield wiper fluid. Toss one in let it sit for a bit and shake it up to break up the tablet and get a full mix. Slightly warm water may help a bit. Performance is on par with standard windshield washer fluid but won't be rated for low temps, good for summer time use. I would not recommend adding it directly to your windshield washer fluid tank as this may cause chunks to get sucked into the lines, which should dissolve but just doesn't seem like a good thing to do.

Glad I decided to test these by leaving a jug of it outside on the porch before I put it in my car.Was 10 degrees outside this morning, the entire jug is a frozen solid block of ice. Do not put this in your car or you'll end up damaging the entire system and likely breaking the reservoir.Selling this without mentioning this is irresponsible at best.

Definitely more convenient and cost effective than store-bought premix. Simple “drop in a gallon jug, fill with water, shake.” Works pretty well but not quite as well on bugs as the premix. I don’t think you can use this in freezing climates, however.

I can keep this in my car in case I forget to refill the washer fluid. Just add water.
