Receive the product promptly, however, upon testing, only one line closed consistently when receiving call for AC (i.e. 24VAC applied), the other line closed sometimes, but not consistently, by staying open or with high resistance majority of the time. Immediately requested a replacement, the replacement performed consistently with both lines closing consistently upon 24V. For two line contactors to fail to close one line consistently, it may be confusing to users as it may appear as if the contactor is working as the fan might start but compressor might not. Or both components happen to work when inspected but the AC just would not work. It is really important and frustration free to test these devices to make sure that it works before installation. I take one star off because the first one did not work and the failure is in a confusing way.
