It's a quality built and nice looking hitch. They only thing they did was make those two retaining pins too pretty and no way to lock them. Someone stole them in first 3 days. I can't find anything that is the same size. So although it's got the great anti rattle feature. You'll be like me with a new kind of rattle from pins that are too small.

I used this all race season to haul my 24 foot race trailer. Very very stout hitch. I like the allen bolt that tightens it up in the receiver. It’s a great unit for a great price

There are no tubular components. The entire hitch is solid steel. Although HEAVY, it is very well built! I like that it comes with a case for storage when not in use. Keeps it organized and eliminates rattling or scattered loose parts. Very happy with my purchase. DID I MENTION IT IS HEAVY?!?!I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HITCH!!

easy to install.. very adjustable to fit needs... seemed really solid, didn't test max weight, but it pulled my new 20ft boat 500 miles home with no issues or noise from hitch at perfect height. Really like ability to leave on truck on fold ball away... (and yes, it is very secure with locking hitch pin... would be really tough to steal it... easier to cut off my class 5 hitch from frame... )

This thing is a monster. Heavy duty and good looking. It’s a great addition to my rig and cost less than competitor’s. Comes with a nice case to keep it in but I don’t see me taking it out of the hitch. The stow feature is nice but I like leaving my balls hanging out.

I really loved how robust this hitch is. It is built like tank but I had to return it because it was missing the lock and key, the wrench, and the two pins. Too sad that their poor quality control renders such a great product useless. I just wonder how this item was shipped with so many things missing. They shipped it incomplete because there was no damage the box to suggest that parts were missing during shipping.

I love this hitch for what it is, my problem stems from having a multi-function split tail gate! With the tailgate open, opening the top half to become a step or expose the speakers will dent your tailgate! The 2 tangs protruding out of the top are too tall to allow clearance for your tailgate to open completely when using it as a step! Beware before putting any weight on your tailgate without carefully looking at the clearance between tailgate and hitch!

The Airbird Adjustable Trailer Hitch Ball Mount came with the hitch bearing multiple balls, a lynchpin lock and a set of instructions.Keep this hitch locked to your vehicle, for as handsome as it is and as useful as it is, someone will swipe it. You have been warned. The hitch itself is tough, heavy-duty, adjustable with locking settings, and more. I was able to hide the various balls for interchanging uses. Quite a versatile tool. While I have not hauled 18,000 # or even close, this has served me well thus far and is likely to into the distant future.Sure, $230 or so seems like a good bit of coin, but not for a hitch of this quality and durability.
