I loved these chairs at first! I hoped the reviews about how they held up were written by people misusing the items. I will confirm they start out looking high quality and are comfortable but it doesn't last. After 2 years the paint and leather started coming off. At first I replaced them but it gets expensive replacing waiting room chairs every few years so I've opted to get rid of them. Great item if you only need it to last a couple years otherwise look elsewhere.

One of them had scratch on leather ! Direct on seat ... can i have remplacement seat ?

Chair back is way too upright...........feels like a seat on an airplane. Happily the chairs are rarely used, and no one has to sit in them very long...........they look nice!

I bought these for my health care office. These chairs have a nice look to them. Unfortunately, they are poorly made in China and very difficult to set-up. They come in 4 parts, the back rest, the seat and the two wood rails. The wood of one chair arrived damaged, bad packing which exposed the wood and the seat rubbed off some of the paint and wood (not sure its wood as during the set-up white powder came out where the screws are inserted...). We'll see how long they last!

I bought two of these chairs. They look good and fit well with the Alera office chair I bought as well. A tip when putting them together, affix the arms to the back first and keep the screws a bit loose. Then carefully put the seat in and screw into place. I first tried it the other way around and since there is not as much slack on the screws for the seat, its better to install it first. Be very careful when installing it as the screw holes can scratch the veneer off very easily. The chairs seem sturdy when put together. They are a bit stiff, but not uncomfortable to sit in. The only real con is the wood veneer being so easily scratched off, but using a black sharpie should cover up any small nicks.
