I used paracord 550 and these Vafon Aligle 100pcs Zip Clip Buckle Zipper Pulls to repair my broken zipper pulls on a backpack that was still usable. Just be sure to singe the paracord ends with a lighter or they will pull out.

Like some have said, these can be hard to close and you may need pliers. They do seem a little loose, in that it appears as if you could open them up easily. However, they are holding up and keeping the loose ends together, which is what I want them for. I haven't hit them against anything yet so can't say too much about durability, but they didn't take too many marks when I clamped them with the pliers, so that is a plus.

These are okay. I use this kind of zipper pull thing for paracord products on my Etsy shop, and my usual supplier had run out due to covid causing delays in production. These are an acceptable replacement until my usual supplier has them back in stock, but these are definitely inferior. The smaller part does not line up with the big part when you fold it over, so the bumps stick out really weird. And there are holes in the back, so if you don't line up the paracord perfectly you can see the cord inside. These also don't feel very sturdy, like they might pull apart if I'm too rough with them. Overall, these are ok and I guess they'll have to do for now, but once my usual supplier gets more in stock I'll definitely stop using these.

Great for my backpack zipper pull repair. I used some 550 lb style cord but had to remove 3 internal cord strands from each side to make it fit into the clasp correctly. You should use a thinner or lighter weight cord but 550 cord is what I had on hand.

They are easy enough to install but they are not very sturdy. I am throwing the rest away because when I pulled on it to close a zipper, the paracord slipped right out. They look fine but they are completely useless.

Good price, works for what I needed. Didn't really need 100 of them, but I'll eventually use them. I prefer them to others I have on hand.

Great cord ends, they fit two strands of Paracord 550 perfectly and I do burn the ends too. Very sturdy and very well made and finished. I highly recommend

These work well with a little bit of finessing. Some do require a little bit more pressure to get together, I found that pressing on one side to lock it in place then the other side seems to works best. For me, anyhow. I was able to use these with most 550 lb paracord (They do NOT need to be gutted!). Obviously the 3/32 paracord would work better, but they will actually work with 550 lb paracord. My only few complaints are 1.) after putting about 25 of these together my fingertips were quite sore and 2.) I did get about 5 "Short Shot" parts (See attached photo) which is basically a part in which the cavity of the mold that didn't completely fill resulting in a partially made product. I only know this because I had worked in plastic injection molding for many years. The quality is good for the price though so, I will purchase these again. I only gave them 4 stars because of the few "Short shots" that I found in the bag which were rendered useless and had to be thrown away. Otherwise, I would recommend these for making durable zipper pulls!
