My rabbit prefers these smaller pellets over the larger alfalfa pellets I had been purchasing. He will eat these smaller pellets and leave the larger pellets in his bowl.

Arrived in a plain brown shipping box with a sticker on it, inside was a big plastic bag full of pellets. Bag was wide open, not taped, not twisted closed, I have no idea how long these pellets were in this open condition. They sure don’t smell fresh and I won’t be feeding them to my rabbits. So now I am going to return them, but guess what? I have to pay return shipping which is absolutely ridiculous! I hate to find out how much that is going to cost. Very very disappointed in this company.
