Inexpensive , quality soft case that fit my pistol grip , 18" barrel , Mossberg 500 like a glove. Pockets sewn into the sides were a big plus.

Purchased this instead of a scabbard for a Remington TAC 13. It fits with some room to spare; would still fit with a side saddle or other various shotgun add-ons. My only complaint is that it advertises that there are built in shell loops - there are none - only two exterior pockets that don't really serve much of a useful purpose due to their size and capacity. Still, it is a nice case for a shotgun with a bird's head grip.

Nice compact case. Perfect length for Mossberg 590S Shockwave (18.5" barrel version - California.) Exterior pockets are nicely made. No shell loops however.

The maximum internal dimension is a full 32" total length, but don't assume a square 9"x32" rectangle will fit. This is an ideal bag for a Savage Rascal, Cricket, or Henry Mini Bolt etc. Any Rifle that is around 31" without a large scope should fit. It is a snug fit with a red dot or holographic sight attached.Nothing says "wannabe" tacticool like black denier with lots of velcro pockets and the word "TACTICAL" stitched on the side. So if you want to be ultra discreet, then this is not the bag. It's still much better than having a digital camo pattern bag.The bag has satisfied my needs with the exception of just one... the main zipper pulls. They are cast aluminum and as thin as paperclips - meaning that they will probably break off in the next few months due to wear or being too thin. You know what I'm talking about... we've all owned a bag in our past where we substituted the zipper pull with a zip tie and just made do. Well, I guarantee you, that is what this bag is going to be... sooner than later.I will probably replace the zipper pulls when they break with key rings, as I like to put a small luggage lock on the bag to keep people from playing with its contents. Until then, Allen needs to attend to the finer details...

Absolutly love this case. Best compact, very well made soft case I own.I work in the bush and carry a defender on a daily basis. This case has come with me for over a year and keeps my ammo and shotgun well protected and organized. Zippers work great, no rips or any imperfections.Btw. My shotgun has a factory 16 inch barrel and it fits perfectly with a pistolgrip, I think it would fit a 18 inch no problem aswell with a pistol grip.
