This item was poorly described and drawings were not really available. The bolt center line height on the item I received was 1.25". The bolt is a 1/2" diameter bolt. The overall bracket width is 1.875" and the free space between the welded bushing and bracket side is 1". The floating bushing is 0.625" long. The bolt is 2.75" under the head.It is exactly what I needed thankfully.

This ended up working however it was a little smaller then I expected, I don't think you should plan on using this for a pickup. I had to modify it to make it work.
