Designed for easy two wire connection, one "+" supply and the other to power brake lights or a brake light relay. Switches are rated at 4. 5 amps and have 1/8"-27 dry seal mounting threads.

I paid $3 extra to get this simple pressure switch same-day for a brake repair. It arrived before 10pm, no problem. Upon install and test; it leaked through the electrical terminals (shown in pic). This is actually a SAFETY issue. If I hadn’t noticed this, I would have been leaking brake fluid out at every stop. For those non-mechanical types, brake fluid is necessary to STOP THE VEHICLE! (this should probably be reported to NHTSA). Upon submitting for a replacement return, Amazon will only replace for free or process a return with no shipping if I drop it off somewhere. Not acceptable - for a situation like this, where THEY shipped me a defective part (safety-related, at that), they should send a replacement and pick up the defective part free of charge. Not acceptable Amazon…

Was a perfect direct replacement for my 1959 F100 but did not work. My 2nd one. Bench tested it by activating the switch, still wouldn't. Ended up getting a physical switch activated from the brake pedal. now I have brake lights again.

Ordered this switch July 29, 2018 and it's held up perfectly. The Allstar switch replaced a AC Delco switch which blew apart. Fell free to look up my review on it. The Allstar switch has not given me any trouble and works great. I would definitely buy it again.
