The roller kit was identical to the original rollers. The fuser fit properly, but unfortunately it didn't work throwing an error code. I contacted the sellers support and they responded promptly and after some troubleshooting they sent me a replacement that I received after a couple of days. The replacement fuser worked. I was very happy with the product and the support.

Excellent product, well packages. The only thing preventing a 5 star is the instruction sheet picture for the pickup roller was poor an inaccurate for the printer. If you have changed out rollers before no problem but if this is your first attempt it will be confusing.

We use HP P4015 printers at work (we have a lot of them). Our regular supplier seems to be perpetually out of stock. We switched to ordering from USA Printer Company via Amazon and the first one we ordered installed with no issues. This was a month or two ago and we have received no user complaints. Will have to see if it lasts the entire life cycle...but for now it seems like a high quality product.I like that you receive some of the less common rollers that are not included in most maintenance kits for these printers. It's helpful to be able to swap out as many parts as possible to prevent jamming and smudging of the pages (our two most common complaints from users). We'll continue to order this part until either our old supplier is back up and running or until they stop selling it. Great product!

It works really good. I have only try it 5 times (50 pages each time) but its working perfectly.
