I bought this expecting a toilet and all I got was a tank, “no bowl”. Customer service could not explain where the bowl was and couldn’t complete the order but they did refund me and I was able to return it.I bought a whole new toilet elsewhere that was better quality for not much more than the tank.Very disappointed!

Zero stars. This was a very misleading product. The description describes a whole toilet, when. In fact all you get is the tank. Very very disappointed at not getting what I thought I was. Plus we are in the midst of renovating and didn't open it right away so now we're past the r erien date as well, so we are stick with this useless (to use) part! Thumbs down to this seller.

This product is only the reservoir they don't tell you that in the description and the reservoir that it is is the cheapest you can buy you can get the whole toilet a lot nicer same make and your major home renovation store for Less Price

I can’t believe they haven’t changed the description yet after so many complaints...it’s so misleading.Do not buy unless you only require a tank. You do not get the whole toilet!

Highly deceptive listing! This is NOT for a complete toilet despite the picture and description suggesting it is. You will ONLY GET A TOILET TANK and if you’re expecting a toilet you will be the one responsible for returning it to Amazon, they will not pick it up. DO NOT BUY unless all you want is the tank for an Edgemere toilet.
