I wasn't sure about ordering this product from Amazon for an American Standard toilet. Details were not clear on Amazon. I was impressed. They come in two's. Easy to install and they were the right size covers.

Once I looked at the photo again after trying to install, and seeing the item is 3 pieces instead of 2, I didnt have to give up anymore. All you need to do is remove the cover from the one piece, work the washer type piece through the hole and lay it close to the hole. With one hand, hold the tube shaped piece, and while holding it in place use your fingers to lift the washer into place. With the one hand or both, get it started on, then its easy. Snap the cover back on and you're done.

Received these as installer tossed the covers that came with the toilet. These fit very well. However, our toilet is in a small space and installing these on our american standard toilet was very difficult, getting a hand around the back of the toilet to install these. But love the flush design of the trap.

Contractor inadvertently threw away the bolt caps when remodeling my bathroom. Ordered these to replace. Fit great. Note that the package has two. I ordered 2 packages thinking that each package had only one bolt cap, but in actuality it has the right amount for each side of toilet.
